Fellowship Opportunities The Wednesday morning Bible Study meets every Wednesday morning at 10:30. Merry Widows--Meet once a month for fellowship and lunch, usually the third Wednesday of each month at noon. Churchyard Gardens—If you are interested in working in either of the gardens, contact Pastor Joel or Ron Rode. Sign Committee--If you are interested in helping plan our new sign contact Bob Ohrenberg.
Recycling -- Please continue to save or pick up aluminum cans and drop them in the barrels in the shed behind the church. If you do not know the combination, call the office at 747-6742. All proceeds will be donated to World Hunger Relief. If you have questions, contact Esther Keseman. Last year we donated $160.09 to World Relief from can recycling.
Opportunities to Serve Braille Workers -- First Tuesday afternoon of the month. For information, contact Jane Beese. Clothes Closet -- July is Bethlehem's month to staff the Clothes Closet. If you can help on Mondays or Fridays (8-noon), contact Darlene Laubenstein. Throughout the year they are always in need of workers to sort and hang clothes. The Clothes Closet is located in the Variety Mart Building on S. Highway 13 at the edge of town. Food Center -- The current special needs include canned tomatoes and tomato products, canned fruit, bar soap, and cake mixes. Donations can be placed in the purple box underneath the mailboxes. If you have questions please about the Food Center contact either Ruth Johns or Bill McCandless. Prayer Shawl Ministry -- If you would like to help this new ministry by crocheting, knitting, quilting or sewing shawls please contact Priscilla Callison. Salvation Army -- Always need help from 9-5 Monday through Friday. The store is located at 125 Pine Street.
